Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. We use Google Analytics to monitor and analyze the use of our Service. This data may include Your Device’s IP address, browser type, unique device identifiers, and diagnostic data.

3. Third-Party AI Services (Special Disclosure for App Store Review)

In full compliance with Apple App Store Guidelines 5.1.1(i) and 5.1.2(i), we disclose the following:

Our Application utilizes Google Gemini API (provided by Google LLC) to provide AI-powered financial analysis and summaries.

Data Transmission: Only text queries or financial data descriptions explicitly provided by You for AI analysis are transmitted to the provider.
Purpose: To generate intelligent insights and responses based on Your requests.
User Consent: The Application requires explicit user permission via a mandatory in-app prompt before any data is transmitted to the Google Gemini API.
Privacy Equality: We do not share your personal identity (name/email) with the AI provider, and the provider is committed to data protection standards equivalent to our own.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service (via Google Analytics).
To provide AI Analysis: Sharing specific text inputs with Service Providers (Google Gemini) with Your explicit consent.
To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Financial data is primarily stored on Your local Device or iCloud.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company’s operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing (such as Google servers) are located. Your consent to this Privacy Policy represents Your agreement to that transfer.

Delete Your Personal Data

You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You directly through the App settings.

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data (such as encryption for AI transmissions), We cannot guarantee its absolute security.
